Shipping policy

Due to the ongoing issues with the coronavirus, all shipments may experience delays caused by postal services and external companies beyond our control. These delays will not be considered a valid reason for order cancellations once the orders have been processed. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of the situation affecting not only Spain but the entire world. All orders are secure and will reach the final customer.

All our orders are processed on the same day they are placed on our website, unless the order is made on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next business day. We always guarantee the delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.

Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1-6 days and shipped to the delivery address. All our products leave our facilities 1-6 days after the order is placed. We ship to all countries by sea, allowing us to offer international service.

Estimated Average Delivery Times:

  • Normally: 12-20 days, depending on product demand.
  • In exceptional cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc.) or logistics issues, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks. There is a maximum delivery time of 50 days; if the product has not arrived within this period, you can request a refund for lost/not shipped orders.

All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number to facilitate the delivery of your order.

Taxes and Duties:

  • Retroshot is not responsible under any circumstances for the taxes, fees, or duties applied to the shipment or any charges that may be applied by customs for the purchased package. The customer is responsible for providing the required value at customs and cannot request a refund.

  • We ship from the Switzerland and China to any part of the world.

  • Our products come from China. Any design used is registered, and any resemblance to another brand is purely coincidental.
  • We do not sell any branded products and do not include any logos on our products.

Returns:

  • Any return for any reason will be at the customer's expense. (We will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged product to be sent back to the customer).

Terms Acceptance:

  • By purchasing from our website, you accept all the mentioned terms, and no refunds will be processed if these terms are met.

Considerations:

  • Incorrect Address Notification:

    • If the customer does not provide the correct address when placing the order and does not notify us within minutes after the order (before the shipment and package are processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, there will be no refund option. Any subsequent shipment of the package will be at the customer's expense.
  • Failure to Contact Customer at Delivery:

    • If we are unable to contact the customer at the time of delivery, a notification will be left in the mailbox. If the package is not picked up from the notified office within X days, it will be returned to the factory, and the package will be considered lost with no refund option.
  • Address Changes Post-Shipment:

    • Once the shipment has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the delivery address as the deliveries are handled by external companies. Therefore, if the customer has not provided the correct address, has moved, or similar, they will be responsible for the loss of the package.
